A live timer that counts while it runs — one per person, so nobody is ever on two clocks at once.

Hours added by hand for work done away from the timer.

Overlapping entries for the same person are refused, so an hour can never be counted twice.

Every entry can name the task it was for, the customer it was for, or both.

A billable entry carries an hourly rate; an entry with no rate is tracked and never billed.

Billable hours pushed onto a draft invoice as a priced line, and those hours lock at the rate they were billed at.

A week submitted for approval, with an owner approving it or sending it back editable for a resubmit.
