Every company, and everyone in it
People are held against the companies they work for, each role with a start date and an end date. Someone who changes jobs keeps their history and shows up at the new account, and every company tells you how many people are there, how many deals are open, and what that pipeline is worth.

Questions
A few useful
details.
What happens when a contact changes jobs?+
End the role at the old company and open one at the new one. Both stay on the person, and the old company keeps the history of having worked with them.
Can I bring in a list I already have?+
Yes. Paste a CSV from a spreadsheet or a form builder. Columns are matched by meaning rather than exact spelling, rows without a usable email are skipped and counted rather than failing the whole batch, and importing a longer export later updates what changed.
Where do deals live?+
Deals are part of AI SDR, and what they add up to shows here: every company carries its open deal count and open pipeline value, and any deal opens onto the dated stage-by-stage history of how it got where it is.
