Accepting a quote books the visit and closes the quote in the same step. From there it is a dispatch board for the day, recurring service that books its own next visit, and parts coming off stock as the work gets done.

details.
How does a quote become a job?+
Accept it. The visit is created with its window, its technician, and its location, and the quote moves to accepted at the same moment. If that technician is already booked across the window, nothing is written and the quote stays open for you to pick another slot.
Does it handle recurring maintenance?+
Yes. A schedule repeats daily, weekly, or monthly, and each due date produces exactly one visit — running the generator twice in one day does not book the job twice. A schedule that has been paused for months picks up from today rather than filling the calendar with everything it missed.
