What can it read a contract from?+
Plain text and markdown files; PDF and DOCX are not parsed, so paste or convert the contract text first. Whatever you supply is read in full — an oversized document is turned away rather than half-read, so every observation you see was drawn from the entire contract.
Is the contract analysis legal advice?+
No — it is an observation aid. Every finding quotes the wording it came from, and what you get back is a set of observations you can check against the text yourself. Have a qualified lawyer review any contract before you rely on it.
