Log a data request — access, rectification, erasure, portability or restriction — with its deadline counted from the day it arrived. Thirty days by default, or set your own, and anything past its date shows as overdue.

Produce the subject a downloadable archive of everything the workspace holds on them, credentials stripped, with a list of what was left out and why.

Move a request through its stages, with every step and the person who took it kept alongside the request.

Record what an erasure covered as a count per category, so the log proves the deletion without keeping the data.

Mark a policy as one people must acknowledge, and see person by person who has and who has not, for the version in force. Publish a new version and acknowledgement starts again.

Does this make us GDPR compliant?+
No product can do that — compliance is a legal determination. What Akiroo does is track the requests and their deadlines, produce the data a subject is owed, and record who acknowledged which policy, so the legal side has something to stand on.
What goes into the compliance score?+
Policy acknowledgement, data-request timeliness and control coverage, weighted 30/30/40. A part you have no data for is left out of the calculation rather than counted as zero, and the score shows its weights and links through to the rows behind each part.
