Every number, next to the one before it

Prospects found, emails sent, replies, deals created and won, ad spend and clicks, work started — over the last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, with each figure paired against the same length of time immediately before it, so a change means something.

Inside Analytics.

The tools available in this part of Akiroo.

  1. 01

Outreach: prospects found, emails sent, replies, reply rate and positive-reply rate.

  2. 02

Deals: created, won, win rate, and the value won — kept separate per currency.

  3. 03

Ads: spend, clicks, conversions and click-through rate.

  4. 04

Workload: work started and research added over the period.

  5. 05

A funnel from prospect to contacted to replied to deal to won, with the rate at each step.

  6. 06

A day-by-day activity chart across the whole window.

  7. 07

Windows of 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, each against the matching stretch before it.

  8. 08

Every figure worked out fresh when you open the page, and a rate shown only where there was activity to measure it against.

Questions

A few useful
details.

What does it measure?

Prospects found, emails sent and replies received, deals created and won with their value, ad spend, clicks and conversions, and how much work and research got started. It reads what the rest of Akiroo already holds, so there is nothing to connect and nothing to import.

How is a comparison worked out?

The window you choose is measured against the same number of days immediately before it — never against all of history, and never against an overlapping stretch. So "up 20 percent" is up against an equal period.
